Regardless whether it is at a project, operations, or enterprise level, financial transparency is one of the most important factors for successful management. Proper processes and tools are therefore essential for maintaining the current plan and capturing the actuals on a regular basis.

On numerous occasions we have assisted and managed the yearly fiscal budget planning. Whether at a national level or worldwide, we have partnered with the various stakeholders to collect input and consolidated the numbers to be presented at the highest management levels.
We have also planed the workforce evolution for the entire enterprise, based on the RUN-GROW-TRANSFORM concept and including agreeing on short-term to long-term roadmaps. This includes much more than simple financial planning, but includes aspects such as emerging technologies, operational/project capacity, future/current skillsets, and in/out flows. At a portfolio level we have tracked skillset capacity for allocation to projects, to include the soft-booking and hard-booking of resources as well as dealing with changes to project timelines.
