Interim Management
At ERTEL Consulting, we have held multiple interim C-level management positions with and without staff responsibilities. We understand the priorities that drive senior management decisions, as well as how to plan and motivate the workforce to insure that the corporate strategy remains in focus. Furthermore, we are also acquainted with the financial responsibility that is key to managing departments and divisions.

Our interim experience spans from taking over the responsibilities of a current unit to building a new unit including hiring from the open market and working with 3rd party providers. Lastly, not only do we feel comfortable presenting in senior management meetings, we understand the to-the-point, high-level view that management relies on to make decisions.
